No offense to those in HR, but a person who runs HR sees training in a different light than someone who runs and is the stakeholder in training. I am always bothered when vendors see the entities as one in the same. Ask yourself, how many HR people do you know that are aware of ADDIE? They are not. Will there be a Ripple Effect?
