I met Jay Allen when he was still in uniform for the "Coasties" and was tremendously impressed with the work he was doing in training (he was also a helicopter pilot for like 16 years) at that time. of Homeland Security and continuing to do his ADL work there. Well now Jay is at the Dept. Their mission is below.
