I think we need to be careful that we dont become elitists, thinking that as trained ID, we are the only source for sound instruction. Thats why Joe Harless aid an ounce of analysis is worth a pound of objectives, and thats why Bob Mager doesnt see "they really oughta wanna" as a sound rationale for inflicting training on people.
