For Geo location courses, go with Adobe Captivate. I suggest high-end JavaScript or PHP users to go with Lectora because after publishing the course, it will export each page as a separate HTML page which JavaScript users can edit according to their requirements. Adobe Captivate allows us to import audios in more than 10 ways.
