He founded the computer-based course authoring tool Authorware in 1984 and later formed Macromedia through a merger which was then bought by Adobe Systems. Questions naturally arise, and these are the questions we then pursue to keep analysis efforts focused and productive. It’s prone to action.

Of course we’d all welcome easier design and greater impact, but if we were doing proper analysis, we’d often find greater benefit from putting more effort into courseware that takes greater advantage of what technology can do.
