CVENT is an event management system (not metrics), Saltbox and Watershed are Learning Record Stores, uh not really metrics – I mean they have them, but heck in that case shove every LMS under that as well. Oh, it is a SaaS only system, hosted on Amazon servers. . Vendor Time – Vendor Time. Surprises (good and/or bad).
