Informal Learning – the other 80%

At a bare minimum, the first ones to go down a new path could leave breadcrumbs for others to follow by recording their finding in an FAQ. The hunger for proprietary knowledge does not stop at the firewall. Create useful, peer-ranked FAQs and knowledgebases. Think of a domain, say, chip designers. Treat learners as customers.
