Start searching out LMS vendors that meet the list criteria, specifically the ones you must have/otherwise they are deal breakers. Follow up with an email of questions – you will probably have some after they have answered your original ones, since more tend to pop-up, especially if you see other vendors.

I think my dinosaur status as an instructional designer stems from the fact that Ive always worked for e-Learning vendors where the programming, graphics, and ID are distinct, separate job roles. Christy uses HTML, Dreamweaver, and sess Flash in her future. I have my expertise, you have yours.
