17 2007 - when their satisfaction score is being reported so low. Moodle scores very high in satisfaction, but we need to qualify that result a bit. SkillPort scores very high as well on satisfaction. Performing tasks (use cases) in an LMS are harder than they seem like they should be and it results in lower satisfaction.
