Other options were universities who went online, via Lotus Notes. Heck, I was in a doctorate program, whereas the majority of the ‘courses’ was via Lotus Notes, the other was ILT. Again, just as it is today, the client, the person who is overseeing the e-learning program, can go assigned or not.
