CBT Prior to online learning known then as WBT, and then the latter term of e-learning (vendors today, use it to refer to content that is online), there was CBT. CBT was the “new” and exciting way to learn. Other options were universities who went online, via Lotus Notes. It was a university.

Always follow up with an e-mail to re-stating what you are doing, whom you notified/spoke to and the date. In Lotus Notes and Outlook you can track the email, to verify they opened it and it got there. Better yet, there are programs out there that will hide the tracking, so the moment someone opens it you know. E-Learning 24/7.
