I could answer this as the biggest challenges for Learning Professionals generally, and maybe I'll come back and do that, but for now, let me just write what I see as some of my bigger challenges in 2007. How Research is Conducted So let's start with how Bersin and the eLearningGuild gather their data. You would expect these customers to be happy with the product.

These are being reported out of the larger eLearningGuild population and I would claim that they are likely more accurate than survey research that goes through the vendors themselves.
