Bob started his career in adult education with Element K (now Skillsoft ). Such interventions can only partially help in transferring knowledge to the workplace. ADDIE, for instance, is oriented around a content mindset, not context. Bob has also been the Learning Advocate for the Masie Center for the past six years.
