They often use slick video to show a concept while a voice-over explains everything, so the learners only role is to passively absorb. Im not saying to leave the info a mystery; Im saying that Ive seen a lot of elearning that seems to underestimate the intelligence of the learner and makes every little thing painfully explicit.

Peer feedback, social learning, and personalized learning should also gain momentum. We now, learning wise, need to maximize efforts based on both factors.
