The product eventually added templates (for web dev), and for WBT with the corporate side, folks who disliked using Authorware, DazzlerMax and similar (the UI/UX was brutal and time to create was not quick), jumped over. I am still trying to wrap my head around this system, whereas learning is a module and whereas folks use SF for learning. Majority of learning systems out there, at least in LMS space, can integrate quite nicely with Oracle. LMS as a whole still makes up the biggest segment of the learning system space.
