Shelly Blake-Plock announced last night via LinkedIn that he would be leading a Technical Advisory Group (TAG) for IEEE LTSC (Learning Technologies Standards Committee). My version: We’re glad the initial purpose of this group points toward standardization. rather than evolution. So, thanks to Shelly for leading this.

In 2003, the eLearning startup I worked for shuttered its doors as our customers moved to adopt SCORM, and we had no idea how to do that. Last heard ADL calls this new standard the Experience API? (on ADL, IEEE and many people and businesses talking about this technology call it xAPI. First off, Craig, thanks for having me.
