The ability to record audio in real time or post time makes a lot of sense and eliminates the need for using Audacity (albeit it is a wonderful and free product). There are more vendors who do not offer the ability to post – i.e. add audio afterwards it is quite amazing. another vendor who offers both capabilities is sothink ).

Yeah and did I mention it was free and you can get the code, ideal if you are building courses for someone other than your own company? iPod, mobile phones, YouTube, message boards, e-mail. Import and convert PPT to the web, add rich media. I said it when it game out and I will repeat it again.

While the assumption would be that all the products are alike, or that fee based tools are superior to their free counterparts, nothing could be farther than the truth. Is it PowerPoint converted to Flash? Is it PowerPoint converted to Flash? Microsoft Word converted to Flash? Templates with some learning objects?
