Course Standards: Where R We Heading?

The industry does not have one standard that everyone uses and thus makes the entire e-learning world’s content/courses compliant. . At one time, you could be “certified” with AICC and yes certified with SCORM, but why would you want to be? I still see course libraries that are only AICC. Here is my take.
