Okay, Im stunned there are so many INTJs here since as a general rule, INTJs are only about 5% of population (Im guessing here). Im an INTJ and it says my blog is an ESTP. Who knows.

Is it the number of theories you can cite? Adult learning theory? I did informal needs analysis on a daily basis, I wrote measurable objectives and built level 2 evaluations and authentic assessment items. So as a licensed teacher I feel very knowledgeable in theory as well as practice and took that to a new level.

And by asking this, Im not suggesting that design isnt important, for it is - its seen by some as part of the pedagogy. When Instructional designers are employed to assist organizations a lot more analysis needs to happen. Wed need time sheet data and a breakdown of time spent on each task to do that analysis properly.
