We'll make the slides fun with graphic effects and movies, but that doesn't change the slide model. So, I thought that Articulate Presenter might be a better choice for this project. But, in this case, it's not simulation, it's interactive presentation. What do you think?

It has a game-like feel. The tool outputs the activity as a zip containing an HTML file, an XML file, a Flash movie and the various images. Here's why: Drag and drop is great for testing whether learners can identify the parts of something, e.g. the bones in the body, the parts of a machine, an area on a map.
