During the year, I’ve had fantastic conversations through LearnTrends around SharePoint , Examples and Tour of Different Kinds of eLearning , Social Learning , and the Business of Learning. Each of these allowed me to fast forward my learning and share knowledge effectively. However, during 2009, I had a bit of an aha moment.

Thus, markets in Long Tail situations shift towards larger volumes of increasingly broader products with smaller volumes at the top. The average knowledge worker has access to an increasingly large set of information resources and corporate learning is an ever smaller part of this set. Time (attention) is much more important.
