In the past (SWF output) I sometimes used Project audio, which was distributed over all the slides, using the Audtion roundtripping. This workflow should be avoided now, because that would mean that the full project audio has to be loaded on the first slide, which will lead to considerably long waiting time. Library and Audio.

Captivate developers have been able to add background audio to their projects since Captivate was known as RoboDemo. The process of adding background audio hasn't changed much over the years. In Adobe Captivate 5, you simply choose Audio > Import to > Background and open the audio file (wav or mp3).

You simply need to change the text of the captions, and set the timings of when your text will appear and disappear. There is nothing you need to change here. You can leave these as is, or change them as you wish. Simply change the style= value to the desired style id. Change the file extension to.XML. is released!

Internal Library (project library). Each project has its Library, I use the term ‘internal’ for the Library which is created with each project. In that Library several assets will be stored automatically in different folders when you insert them in a project (on the stage) or import them directly to the Library.

Once I’m satisfied with the Cp file, I run through each slide looking at the notes view to confirm draft narration, generate TTS audio and set timing on each slide, build a TOC, then publish to estimate timing for each slide an overall project, this becomes our 2nd draft. 3 rd Draft. Post Capture.

Using VTML tags to change speed, pitch, and volume of the NeoSpeech voices.
