The articles author is Kellye Whitney - listed as a Senior Editor and a Sr. Editor ought to know better.

But with LMS vendors jumping into the mobile learning sector, at least in some cases, it may be a tad misleading, especially with smartphones. You have no idea on what browsers they tested their solution to make that claim. Dolphin HD? and Opera 10.6
