It sounds like Weejee is growing quickly with Ian and Tracy at the helm, but they too are frustrated with the slow adoption of informal learning. Wikis are an easy place to start the promotion of collaborative learning spaces, and clients seem to be willing and able to accept this informal tool into their everyday lives.

Nothing new, really, but it reinforced the idea that effective training can only be accomplished by doing , not being told. In effect, he was driving; I was just executing the commands. Just as water will always find its own level by the path of least resistance, individual learners, working in collaboration and unhampered by the precepts of authority, tend to do an excellent job of finding and sharing what they need to know efficiently and effectively, even if they don’t necessarily know what they are looking for to begin with.
