What’s hurting the LMS market

Customer support. Customer Service. For some vendors the words are just words, not actually making it happen, and when they do, many charge for the privilege of you contacting them. I’m sorry, if I am spending thousands of dollars on a system, I expect customer service – at least the first year to be free. .
