They fail to even clearly show their product, let alone present the product sans the standard PPT intro that comes with “learn more” about the solution. trial). Because the conversation will drive what happens next, seeing the demo. The call went on for another 25 minutes until, I could get them to commit to a demo.

Over 90% of LMS vendors had their sites available only in English; so the potential customer could not view it in any other language. A high percentile pitched “demo&# as a trial, but you had to register – so hello phone call and at least an e-mail (even if you ask not to e-mail). Demo vs Trial.

You will not forget them when you view a demo, nor when you are looking at the company’s web site or literature. I often hear people say they want mobile learning in their solution, social learning, e-commerce, but when you ask for specifics they sometimes have a blank stare on their face. Specifics. Always after.
