SCORM has provisions to track time spent by the user in session. Normally the setTimeOut() function is used to track time. If you are targeting such a browser time tracking may not happen. But on a mobile device there is no guarantee of continuous connectivity and this may lead to issues with SCORM tracking.

Keeping Up - April's Big Question

I also like to make occasional visits to Google Labs and Adobe Labs to "keep up" with the tech tools they are working on and to test drive any beta versions available. is actually investigating using it and today I see that Open Laszlo has its own track at AjaxWorld West 2007. Laszlo is abstract from the Flash player. It sounded interesting and I have heard rumors that one of the armed services in the U.S. Webtop is built on OpenLaszlo, which is an advanced Ajaxdevelopment platform.
