Closely related will be outsourced, especially off-shore content creation. Prediction #7 => Video Takes Off It's been amazing to see how the bandwidth in most organizations finally reaching a point where video can be pushed out as part of our solutions. It's also amazing how simple it is to capture video. It's a mess.
