Start searching out LMS vendors that meet the list criteria, specifically the ones you must have/otherwise they are deal breakers. Follow up with an email of questions – you will probably have some after they have answered your original ones, since more tend to pop-up, especially if you see other vendors.

However, something not all vendors offer -AND THEY SHOULD – deleting the employee and their info., LMS/LCMS vendors who offer multiple systems/flavors of the systems are targeting certain company size (employee wise). There are niche LMS vendors who target only the small to mid size company or even just the small size company.
