My issue is important and your tech people have not responded. As someone who has had the wonderful experience of buying (leasing) a LMS and the issues that arose beyond that, I can tell you that I feel your pain. Company receives issue via e-mail, support center or phone – or any combination. Issue solved.

I mean, if you can’t trust the feedback from attendees, who can you trust? Since, I walk around and look at the vendor booths, etc. World of Learning Conference – Birmingham, UK – Lots of potential here. Well organized – a must show for e-learning vendors in 2015. beep, beep).

If you are seeing constant problems or even problems with your course – like data not being pulled into the LMS (whatever data that might be) – go to the authoring tool vendor’s web site and if they have a forum – look around. If you are having the problem, others will to. . E-Learning 24/7.

If everyone is content with your system, and there are 450-500 vendors out there, then how is it, people are leaving? To me its fuzzy math – and trust me, I’ve seen data from some vendors, that makes you wonder how in the heck are they claiming xyz, when the numbers show abc?

Trust me, there is no point in bashing your sales rep (unless they themselves are nasty to you) to the VP and then getting them in trouble and you are still using them. This becomes a key document, especially if there is a problem down the road. E-Learning 24/7. Cost and Protect – U. If not, ask.
