While the UI needs to continue to enhanced, there is no doubt in mind that this system has vastly improved over the past year. Big wins: support for tablets and thus mobile learning, home dashboard for end users, nice social learning – I love the expert locator and doable performance mgt (for people who want that).

You can expect to see a continued increase, thankfully, in the number of vendors who will target tablets. What I am seeing is an increase in learning system vendors exploring online/offline synch with the iPad/iPad2 (and yes, Android OS). That said, many will hedge their bets by supporting smartphones. Prediction.
