Despite overall consumer demand (not just within e-learning) for tablets, and numbers showing that tablets are outselling notebooks, e-learning vendors as whole are sitting back and waiting. Online/Offline Synch. Synchronization has now been completed. A win in my book. Best example? Bottom Line.

Just last week, I saw the best social learning platform ever. Best of all, even if you choose not to use it, the product is available to the public as a new social media site. From a social learning standpoint. Can be also a standalone and/or interfaced with any learning management system or learning platform.

If they want to take courses on how to learn software or business or whatever, they may be watching videos on YouTube – for free or paying a fee to use such sites as Lynda.com. M-Learning – native app, online/offline synchronization – supports HTML5. These are my favorite sites.

Mobile specific – online/offline synchronization with native app – enabling the end user to be truly offline take the courses and then when they get back on the net, it pushes data into the LMS. This includes people who include help guides aka manuals on their site which are massive in size. E-Learning 24/7.
