Leapfactor – mobile for sales training with apps – including on/off synch, also good for POS (Point of Sales). I was enthralled to see more e-learning products than in past shows. Even with products that are typically classroom based – some were including mobile learning capabilities.

Q : I am curious on why Cornerstone On Demand, Saba and SumTotal do not appear in your top twenty lists even though they appear on other sites as the best products in the market. I always hear “I’m looking at SumTotal, CoD, Expertus”, when folks mention it to me. So, back for another installment.

SumTotal is calling their product a Human Capital Management system. Sure, they offer a separate LMS called SumTotal Maestro, but their TM has surprisingly (not really) been morphed into a HCM, will others follow? And now a brief announcement: Shocking news! Oh wait, others were starting the trend.

Video library access broken down by videos, so let’s say a group of people can only see “sales training”, well the other videos are blocked from viewing and the sales training is only available. M-Learning – can view on tablets, including iPad. Saba: See SumTotal. Video editing. Podcast viewing.

You ask the sales clerk if you can try to flavor.
