You can track number of times people open it, use it and even add folks to it. If you are looking for a soft skills learning game this is it. This year there are more e-learning vendors than in the past. E-Learning 24/7. The look and feel sort of reminds me of an online magazine. Frustration Factor.

It comes from me talking to vendors, buyers, monitoring the industry all the while taking notes and seeing the trends/patterns appear right before my eyes. What has always amazed me are number of e-learning vendor web sites whose design looks like it came from 1995 when Netscape ruled the land. Upside Learning.

Ability to take online courses and register online for seminars, webinars, etc. The system has a lot of potential and I would place it into the LMS/learning platform space but geared 100% towards competencies and skills. The product is more than just a video recorder device, rather it is a narrow focused video learning platform.

I did not attend the seminars – the comments I heard about the session times were from others – but I did hit the expo floor for two days and it did not disappoint. Vendors who do not see their learning platform as a LMS. You can track courses? E-Learning 24/7. ASTD bags – always nice.

Mindflash.com bills itself as a training management system, with the ability to create and upload courses, invitee end users (learners) and track results. What I found was a solution that is a rapid e-learning authoring tool that offers easy to use functions as uploading learners and basic tracking results. E-Learning.

If you plan to track or have instructor led training, then this is relevant. Do you offer the ability to have people sign up for multiple seminars within the system? Can you tie it to your e-commerce (if you have it in your system), so when people register and their is a fee, they pay it? . Where do the seminars, etc.

CBT Prior to online learning known then as WBT, and then the latter term of e-learning (vendors today, use it to refer to content that is online), there was CBT. CBT was the “new” and exciting way to learn. ILT (Instructor Led Training – Workplace, even EdTech – K-12 and Higher Education).
