Adobe Flash technology has helped support the delivery of online multimedia content for nearly two decades. Three popular eLearning formats are also largely dependent on Flash technology for their delivery medium: SCORM, Tin Can (xAPI), and video. Flash will be allowed to die in 2020 as Adobe ceases to support the standard.

I work with a lot of faculty who have no experience with online learning, so they generally are open to my expertise as far as how to use the technology creatively. Low Level Online Learning Interactions. The media has traditionally been Flash when built locally. Media: Static Images w/Voice Over, Avatars w/Voice Over, Simple Animations, Flash, HTML5 Most are one-offs where the content is very specialized, e.g., healthcare, though most can be generated using an authoring template.

But I wish those same qualities extended to training, for here, little was produced that could be considered responsible online education. From my vantage point, training managers effective at face-to-face instruction believed they knew how to translate that form into online instruction.
