Social Software Adoption

An example of that is the adoption of Distributed Content Editing via an agreed to technology such as Wiki, Shared SharePoint Documents, Google Docs, etc. Once a work team agrees that will be how they collaborate on a given piece of content, it becomes very inefficient for an individual within the team to not adopt the same technology.

Setting up a SharePoint for a community or work team is very different from teaching them about Personal Learning. For example, Personal Learning , PLE , PWLE , PKM are all pretty closely related. For example, I doubt we are using an authoring tool for personal learning. Getting Things Done is the classic example of this.
