Workflow 3: Software simulations. At this moment the biggest problem with software simulations are the slides which cannot be interactive because they show mouse movements/scrolling/dragging. Those are SWF-based but will be converted to MP4 when publishing to HTML5. Embedding in a website takes more time.

Just one tip: if you are on Win10, check the Display setting before recording (both Video Demo/Software Simulation).
