GeoLearning’s GeoMaestro is a LMS that packs a wallop but at the same time has some features that provide limitations. Administrator side is equally pleasant, with ease of use, nav friendly playing a key role. Strong ILT functions (for those who offer instructor led training). Wizards for the Admin side – Genius!

The LMS – Let’s Set The Record Straight

Because, ILT, on-site, was the only way, the main way to learn (excluding the guides nobody read) didn’t and still doesn’t offer that. I had 3D desks (for ILT), a gallery (which offered a lot of options), a bookstore (with e-commerce), and two additional levels. 100% of online courses were doable and available.

Well, I guess for ILT, and even then as time has evolved, it hasn’t. I think informal/formal was designed and suited for ILT, not e-learning, because from the days of Corporate in 2000, you could do informal with your LMS. And in 2002, many more – I used Geolearning – it offered lots of informal options.
