The enterprise provides tools to employees that they can use as part of the PWLE. The separation of for-work learning from other learning. For me, I add -- why bother?

Using SharePoint for Software Support Site / Help Desk Another common use of SharePoint was as a reference site, especially software support site. But in discussions there were often distinctions based on what the work team or CoP expected.

I've run across a few different posts talking about Personal Work and Learning Environments which I have tentatively started to call PWLE - pronounced p-whale. This is talked about a bit in Personal and Group Learning Using Web 2.0 Tools - which is something I often refer to during presentations. Just do it.
