Many of the templates follow a structure approach – which thus is based on whoever built that template – their learning approach design – I mean are they truly instructional designers who built those templates for you to use; or some person who knows computers and graphics and built those templates? Responsive . I just did.

But, using the term “e-learning” OR “authoring tool” as a disguise for what it is – frankly is a disservice to anyone who has ever created a course, regardless if they are an instructional designer or not. . Apps – Basically a series of APIs or widgets that can go into your course build. . Bottom Line.
