My Workflow with Synergy

Experiencing eLearning

My last post covered how Synergy works. This post focuses on how I work with Synergy, both when I’m in live online events and during my daily work. Here’s a rough idea of how this worked. We often do screensharing in our meetings, so I need Connect on the computer where all my work files are stored and I have all my software. On my work laptop, I use these programs that I don’t have installed on my personal desktop: Outlook.

WordPress Learning Management System Website Accessibility with Susan Wheeler-Hall

LifterLMS

In her early 20s Susan decided to study social work and figured that was one area of employment where her disability could work for her, and it certainly did. Susan has put together a great implementation of LifterLMS on her site where she sells her core course to companies, and she’ll clone her course and custom tailor it to the company and industry she’s working with. She also has her web design agency at SureenWebDesign.com. I know that from my work.

Monday, July 16, 2007 Definitions: Web-courses John Gedeon , an Educational Technologist from the University of the West Indies (Trinidad and Tobago), recently contacted me with a question about my opinion regarding the definitions for courses that have different degrees of web-involvement. In my mind, there are only 3 types of web courses: 1. Web-enhanced F2F. This web-page houses content and resources that support the F2F onsite course. Web-based Online.
