I get lots of questions from those who are just getting started with rapid elearning. They want to know what they can do to build good elearning. In either case, elearning is just part of the process. You’ll have more success if you focus attention on performance support prior to and after the course is completed.

Some are really fast and will quickly scan the screen looking for visual cues. If you really want them to learn, then give them the freedom to navigate the content as they need to. The goal is to share information that is of interest or use to the learner, but not necessarily tied to performance goals. Give the Learner Control.
