Technology —is great for exchange of information, updates and other transactional stuff. Work —complex knowledge work requires solitude as well as collaboration.

This means reviewing systems and processes and removing ‘busy work’. They, themselves, expect immediacy and real-time responses. L&D departments are not exempt.
