I've not really seen good examples of business cases (future ROI) for using these tools. 20,000 wikis with more than 100,000 users. No anonymous users. Still, this is a somewhat uphill battle.

It’s better to talk about cost/benefit analysis or meeting specific goals than to speak of ROI. Many managers use the strict accounting definition of returns: changes in the assets and liabilities on the balance sheet. Traditional ROI fails to measure the most valuable returns.
