After viewing the Plateau TMS, my concerns in one area have been eliminated, in others, not so much. Plateau LMS is a Talent Management System, made up of four modules. Plateau Learning. I include Learning Portals, LCMSs, as part of the mix. Big Dog (Saba, SumTotal, Plateau, Cornerstone OnDemand, Learn.com). Comes with Jackdraw authoring tool, and in the tool you can use Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia & PowerPoint content. My runner-up is Operitel’s LearnFlex LSP. These standout to me.
