Reformat your training sessions to increase their impact

You can do this by using tools like Camtasia or QuickTime (you may need to download a plugin to record both audio and video). This is particularly important if you have video tracking enabled, the learner won’t be able to skip it when viewing it in your LMS! If you use a Mac, you can use Quicktime or iMovie.

If you need to simply trim some fat from a video you can easily get away with using ‘free’ tools, like Quicktime or Movie Maker. Joe: Prezi is a great tool for presentations, but I don’t see it as a tool that I would use to create eLearning that is nonlinear and which tracks progress well enough for the learning to make sense.
