The wonderful thing about acquisitions is that very few people publicly know who is on the market, who isn’t (but is open for acquisitions), and what the financial status is – unless the company is public, which is an outlier in our space. IMO, this is by far the best buy LTG has ever made, and I know all of their acquisitions.
