Best Web Conferencing Tool. Video with web cam is tight. I’ve tried a lot of web conferencing tools and this one finally delivers. . Course standards include xAPI and PENS, besides the standards of SCORM. . No, but then again, this is an issue with many course providers including Lynda.com and Skillsoft. .

In 2005, PENS was launched by AICC but did not initially gain wide acceptance. In the past year, I have seen a wider number of vendors including the PENS course standard, which in my opinion, enables anyone who builds courses, a streamlined and fast process for publishing into a LMS/learning platform. Ability to upload a course or courses from a 3rd party course/content provider (example: Wiley, Skillsoft, etc.). SCORM 2004 3rd edition, SCORM 2004 4th edition, AICC, PENS, xAPI, CMI-5). Mobile – as in you can see it in a mobile web browser. Some type of learning environment online (I know a shocker huh?).
