L&D needs to don the curator’s hat – a critical 21 st Century skill – that requires an ability to seek, sense and share ( Harold Jarche’s PKM model ) relevant content for a defined target audience. The ability to give and receive feedback is another critical skill we need to develop to thrive in a world in flux.
