Animations when possible (in Elluminate, must do a slide for each change). Placeholder slides for polls, activities, etc. Media file types/players–if you use Quicktime, will everyone in the audience be able to see it? I do wish her slides were a bit less bullet points and more graphics. PPTs for structure.

Focus on enhanced podcasts, including visuals/slides/etc. Save to CD, swf, avi, mp3, Quicktime. QuickTime has CC. Most people at their university use media players, not iPods. Method of delivery will be a hybrid podcast via the web with interaction either via email or a forum. Market research on US podcast audience.

With plugin players such as Quicktime and Flash, you could set cue points in your video that your authoring software (if capable) can hear and respond. However, note that Synchronized video does not have to be multi-slide. Drag your video to the desired slide. One such disadvantage is the limited support for cue points.

Ask them if the person speaking will align to their presentation (if they are also showing PPT slides or materials) and are going over them at the same time. Nobody wants to review a recorded webinar and see the person talking, hear them and realize that they are discussing things three slides or three product steps ago.

If you already have a presentation, at this point you may need to rethink of the order of the slides, and either add or remove them to better accommodate the task. Ezvid also allows you to add slides, change the playback speed of your video and make overlaid annotations. c Proofread and simplify language.
